I have never really tried to record a video with my smart phone. With my new smart phone I can do more with it.

I am one of the people who had difficulties with photos posting upside down. I discovered that if I held my phone in a certain position when taking the photos they would post correctly. If your smart phone can record video while held in various positions, maybe try what I did: tip it horizontally with the top of the screen on the left while recording. A day without dance is .... just kidding. I have no idea!
