Yikes!! No, I haven't experienced that issue.... Thankfully  I'm away from my mailing address for most of the winter, but I have my daughter either forward or open & scan to me my mail. Possibly you could have someone you trust do this for you. Glad it was a glitch...... [That's always the excuse these days. Blame the computer, but someone had to enter that data.]
