Bermuda to Boston Logan Airport - two hours. Boston Logan Airport to our car - at least that long if not longer! A day without dance is .... just kidding. I have no idea!

Oh my! At least you can laugh now.... but you were young, and we could handle things like that back then a lot better than at our age now. This reminded me of my trip into New York City with my oldest son. We took two bus rides through the city and saw the sights, but the second bus let us off about 10 blocks away from where our car was parked. With my knees, I was very apprehensive about that walk, especially after the walking we had done throughout the day. They said another bus should be along in a hour or so, but there was no place to sit and wait. So my son hired a man with a bicycle rickshaw to take me back to the car. The man insisted that he could take both of us, and he did. Part of a wonderful day with my son that will always be remembered. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Not very pleasent being stranded , especially with heavy luggage. I hate having to drag heavy bags or cases for any length of time, exhausting. Hope you didn't have high heels on.

I tend to be directionally challenged. I was walking from a hostel in Washington D.C. to the Judicial Square Metro take the Union Station with rolling luggage in tow to get to the Amtrak Station back to West Virginia. When I reached the Union Station I saw what I thought was the sign to the Amtrak train station. It was outside. There was individuals in sleeping bags in the alley where I was walking. I walked through a tunnel with more sleeping people. I suspect this was the homeless population in Washington D.C. I reached a neighborhood and finally hailed a cab. The cab driver was a Jamaican guy who lectured me, "Don't EVER walk in this neighborhood alone!" as he drove me back to the Union station. Abracadabra
