I am not an early bird, so I hardly ever see the rising sun. That exception was when I worked nights, or was out all night with friends and saw the sunrise then. I like this photo, because in it I see the light rays form a cross, and to me that means hope for the new day. Thanks for sharing this picture today, I needed that reminder. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Great photo ......what can be more emblematic of Light than the rising Sun......I have a mall window above the head of my bed......there is a joyful painting on the opposite wall, so the rising sun illuminates the painting for a few minutes on Sunny mornings......I love that.....
