THAT IS VERY INTERESTING. I FAILED TO READ THE FIRST NOTICE WHEN OUR WATER WAS SHUT OFF FOR A DAY AND HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE SHOWER. I WAS MORE CAREFUL ABOUT THE SECOND NOTICE TWO WEEKS LATER!

It is all those who read it and are not confused by it that would worry me. Might want to have a pitcher of drinking water in the fridge in April, just in case.

Sometimes the notices get poste in the lobby only. I hate when they do that. But this notice takes the cake. How are you supposed to read that......duh!

As a "Landlord" it is not easy keeping the buildings up to a high standard for my tenants, however, they all know we do everything within our power to keep the place, clean, neat, and affordable.

LOL, now that could be pretty confusing. Three days verses six days, backward dates. I'd be asking if the plumber was sober enough to fix the plumbing.

Scary to think about the people who would write such a notice..... and they are in charge of something? Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
