NEXT LIFE I AM GONNA BE A BEAR In this life, I’m a woman. In my next life, I’d like to come back as a bear. When you’re a bear, you get to hibernate. You do nothing but sleep for six months. I could deal with that. Before you hibernate, you’re supposed to eat yourself stupid. I could deal with that too. When you’re a girl bear, you birth your (who are the size of walnuts) while you’re sleeping and wake to partially grown, cute, cuddly cubs. I could definitely deal with that. If you’re mama bear, everyone knows you mean business. You swat anyone who bothers your cubs. If your cubs get out of line, you swat them too. I could deal with that. If you’re a bear, your mate EXPECTS you to wake up growling. He EXPECTS that you will have hairy legs and excess body fat. Yup, gonna be a bear! Author Unknown] |

My daughter sent me this several years ago and I did a painting of her waking up in the Spring a a bear/woman.....and gave it to for her birthday, which is in early Spring......We both loved this idea, especially, perhaps because it is such a Canadian thing......Several Canadian fantasy novels where a is a woman/bear situation......Also, the First Nations people here on the coast have strong mythology involving a bear/woman.....She is captured by a bear while picking blueberries and lives in his cave and bears twins....one who is Human and one a bear......and so on.......I love bears......

Mother bears are affectionate, protective, devoted, strict, sensitive, and attentive with their young. Not unlike people, bears can be empathetic, fearful, joyful, playful, social, and even altruistic". More reasons to want to be a bear, Daylili!

One Hundred and Fifty stitches in the back of my older s0n's head courtesy of a bear. That was one summer camp adventure he'll never forget. It was in Big Bear California and he was in Big Bear Hospital. They were getting ready to put my y0unger s0n on the bus home and we had to tell them not to. We took him back to the camp to say goodbye and he was gifted with a bear. This was my y0unger s0n's first time at Summer Camp. The following year, they both went back. Abracadabra

Being a bear in West Virginia can be problematic at this time of the year. It's bear hunting season. Soon they will be going into hibernation. Abracadabra
