 I have my Ring spotlights set to respond to motion, but not alert me unless it is people. I like to check the history each morning and see what critters visited during the night. I sometimes have pictures like that string of lights, and spiders, bees, or moths. There is all kinds of activity in the still of the night.

 MY HABIT WITH SPIDERS IS TO TRY TO GET THEM ONTO THE BALCONY AND DOWN INTO THE GARDEN BELOW. I DON'T KNOW IF ANY REALLY SURVIVE. IN ANY CASE I RAREFLY FIND ONE IN THE APARTMENT.
