That's huge for me considering I was staying up all night for about 3 years before now.

Around 9 p.m. We watch tv in bed until 10.

It depends on the day with me. I usually go to bed around midnight. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later. I fall asleep with TV on. Thank God for remotes ! LOL I can't see very well at night, so TV on will help me. I'm also bad with chatting in room before I go to bed ! So many fun conversations going on ! The top subject is usually about what everyone had for dinner ! LOL

I am sometimes at work until 2 am or 6 am.......so ASAP seems the right answer.....

Some nights I go at 10 tonight it was midnight, I don't have a set time I usually go on my laptop, or read before i fall asleep.

I am a night owl so it is usually 1:30 AM when I am heading to bed. I read for about a half hour before shutting off the light and getting settled for the night. I usually only sleep maximum 6 hours so no point in me going to bed earlier.

I rarely am aware of what time..the best thing for me to do is not think about it.. I have learned to get a comfortable chair..when I begin to fall asleep in it.. I sleep walk to the bed.
