THE CELL PHONE IS SET TO DO NOT DISTURB AROUND 10PM BUT THE COMPUTER "BOX" HAS TO STAY ON UNTIL I TURN THE TV OFF AROUND 11PM. I KEEP THE CELL PHONE ON ALL NIGHT SO I CAN CALL IF NEEDED BUT NO ONE CAN CALL ME. THE LANDLINE IS LINKED TO THE BOX SO IS OFF ALL NIGHT.

I am more productive late at night and early morning. Hence, why I prefer to post late at night or very, very, very early in the morning. Since retirement, I don't have to worry about getting up early to go to work anymore. My social media stays on 24/7.

I'm retired and don't usually set an alarm. At my age I have a built-in alarm telling me to get up and pee

From 8:00 p.m. I no longer want to know anything about TV or social networks... An hour and a half to relax and pray, then to sleep...

Well Caroline I am a night hawk so I am always on my computer later at night. The TV is still on most nights till 1:30 AM. My cell phone is always on.
