Yes! Do they still have mercurochrome? That and stick on a band-aid and you were good to go  I was klutzy and still am. I did use a band aid the other day but not often anymore. Oh yeah, Vick's vapor rub was always good for rubbing on the chest if you had a cold.

Mother had Vick Vapor Rub and Mercurochrome. I still use Vicks to this day but not that bright red stuff. I swear by Vicks. It is the only saving grace for a bad cold.

Yes. I thought it was a pretty good antiseptic and continued using it throughout the years. Wasn't easy to source when wanting to buy a small bottle but managed to get hold of some on a recent visit to Australia. I think the product was withdrawn by many pharmacies due to its mercury content which is deemed toxic in large amounts (I think I read that right). Have used it a few times already although I also use Betadine as an alternative.
