Home..........

I got home yesterday afternoon. They released me with a scheduled surgery in Des Moines being set up. I have a gall stone stuck in the tract. I wish they'd just take the whole G D Gall bladder and be done with it. I appreciate all your comments, thoughts, any prayers.

Bret in North Iowa.

I am stupidly over medicated at this point. I crawled this morning picking the green beans. Made us egg salad sandwiches for lunch. Sunny with a high of 89 °F (31.7 °C) and a 40% chance of precipitation. Winds variable at 1 to 12 mph (1.6 to 19.3 kph). We got about 1/4" of rain early this morning. I have not had a cigarette in a week now.

Thank goodness you are back home with a surgery scheduled. Those damn stones can be very hard to find. I suffered for more than 20 years with stones in various locations, one that nearly killed me. You take care of yourself and let your cleaning gal take care of the mansion.

It is 93F here right now with a SE wind at 18 mph. I have been up on the roof at a neighbor's removing the fan assembly from a roof exhaust fan. Bench tested it and found the motor is toast. Can't get one anywhere in Canada. Everywhere is on back order with no delivery date.

My BP yesterday was 83/46, this morning 140/77, and just now 108/66. Don't know why it is fluctuating so wildly. I can't function with low BP.

I've been checking to see if you had been online. Glad to see you posting. Hopefully, when they do the surgery, they will take the whole gall bladder, not just the stone. Even though it has a purpose, many of us live quiet well without it, and if one stones forms, another might also.
A farm nearby has a huge green house that produces vine ripened tomatoes earlier than gardens, and my daughter just brought us several. I'll be happier when her garden is producing. These are delicious, but hers are free!

Take the Dang gall bladder out and be done with it if it is just going to keep making stones why do I need it. We are having free green beans from the garden tonight with a steak and baked potato.

They might just take ur gall bladder out. Depending on the size of the stones. It's a fairly simple procedure. U won't be able to lift stuff. Going up and down stairs is a no, no too. I have had pain meds that I only used once or twice out of a bottle. I usually deal with pain well. Glad U r home again. I go absolutely nuts when U r gone from online ! Gentle HUGS for U, feel better soon !

There's nothing like home is there . Undoubtedly the sooner the painful gallstone is removed, the better - here's hoping that's happening very soon.

Quite hot where you are - high humidity too? [thanks for thoughtfully including temperature readings in celsius as well as fahrenheit]

Take care and don't overdo things, ok?

Good to see you are back home again. Hopefully they will get that stone and bladder sorted out one way or another.

Weather here sunny and bright the last few days 🌞 Heatwave on the way early next week.😯🌞🌞

My Thermometer gives the temperature in both F & C since only the USA & Liberia use Fahrenheit I add the C for my friends outside the country. They have me scheduled for surgery in August down in DSM

We're pleasantly warm here but very dry. Our corn is stressing out from a lack of rain.
