Your Favorite  Here it is ... Sunday evening and I am wanting to know what your favorite sandwich is. I am excluding the Hotdog and the hamburger since we have so many commercial outlets selling them.  Probably my favorite at home sandwich has to be the grilled cheese. Fast... easy to make... only limited by your choice of cheese.  I have selected Colby / Jack  Butter works best but I have some soft spread margarine. Butter the outside slice of bread. Keep the heat to your fry pan in the medium range to toast your bread and melt the cheese.  When you get the bread nicely toasted... flip your sandwich !  Both sides toasted a golden brown... your cheese melted ... You are ready to enjoy my favorite sandwich next to a bowl of hot soup. |

We're having a quiet Sunday evening... Grilled cheese sandwiches with an herbed bisque of tomato soup with rice. Pleasantly warm today 75 F... all the radar rain never hit the ground. We may have been totally missed.

Salad sandwiches are my favourite, either on brown bread or fresh crusty rolls. Like you, I love a good grilled cheese toastie too, can't beat it.
