Corn Fritters (part 2)

I use a spray canola oil in my non-stick frying pan.

After mixing thoroughly the dry ingredients in with the "wet" you may adjust the moisture content with either more milk or additional flour it all depends on the creaminess of the corn. Allow your pan to get warm then pour your first corn fritter.

When the surface of the fritter changes texture and gets "bubbly" it is ready to flip!

Allow the flipped side to fry to a golden brown too.

I made us a nice thick steak of the Maple River Ham in the Foreman

The corn fritter topped with real melted butter, home made maple syrup, and flanked by that delicious ham gave us the perfect breakfast to start off the day.

The result looks delicious...... I will make 2 or 3 Corn Fritters out of the ingredients and serve it with a mixed salad. Thanks again!

I am not computer literate to help you, however, you may come back to reference the pictures in the blog any time. Also... Thank you for commenting.

Thank you for commenting. These fritters are an anytime of day sort of meal. The batter will also keep overnight in the refrigerator.

Excellent method of cooking them, Darter. I always thought fritters needed to be deep fried. I can certainly do the fry pan trick, or I might use my non stick griddle so I can cook more than one at a time.

Thank you for this easy recipe for a delightful meal.

Bret, thank you for putting so much work into this blog recipe. I'm sure many people will be using your recipe in the next couple days. I hope they let you know how it turns out for them.
