Packratt 3.0


This is your basic Southwestern Packrat.



This is your North Iowan Packratt who slams on the brakes to go ditch diving along I-35 !



And just what does our Packratt spy??? A fairly decent hiking backpack! Just needs to be powerwashed and cleaned up a little bit.

 Whoever lost the backpack had a long haired white dog too! about like our Ruby. There are a bunch of dog hairs still attached to the backpack. So far the bad weather has not reached us yet all the guys are home, dirtwork is done. We just finished dinner.

 So my question is: what did you find inside the backpack? Are you a rich packratt?

 It was a windy, cloudy 35F here today. I did get out, shovel some snow off the E deck, repair a sticking walk-in door on the garage, take out some garbage, and walked the dog. Beyond that, I did nothing. I am now indulging in some wheat square cereal covered in apple sauce for a mid-evening snack.

It was empty Roger. IF They'd had something in it ... it might not have blown out...... Leastwise I don't think someone would deliberately throw a good backpack away into the ditch for a $500 littering fine.

Went in and got my Tordahl shot. So far..... none of the nasty precip has hit us here. we're just relaxing inside by the fire. Delicious dinner too.

 Looks almost like new now I'm sure you will find a good use for it

It started snowing here around eleven o'clock last night. This morning all the cars are still covered with snow; some on the ground too. I have to go out later on, hope the paths are not still frozen by then. I don't want to slip and fall

We got just enough snow to cover the doggy doo doo so one must stay close to the path. Yes, the backpack looks practicall7y new, whoever lost it probably regrets it's demise.
