you need 360 degrees to complete the circle. twelve, 15-degree cuts will not make a complete circle. twelve pieces with a 30-degree cut will make a circle. Your circumference is 170.786" 170.786" divided by 12 = 7.375" Each cut needs to be 7.375" wide at the curve. Make them all the same size 7.375" with a 30-degree angle cut. You can combine one 2x4 and one 2x6 to make the 7.375". First, glue the 2x4 and 2x6 together with a clamp. trigger clamps work best for this. Or buy 2x8s and cut them 7.375" each. If you have a router you can cut your Roman numbers in, then stain. You should only select 2 opposite colors and alternate every over one. Unless you're going for the rainbow effect. When you glue all the precut boards together, use a circular clamp i.e. hose clamp. This will pull in all the boards tight. You can buy a 15" or larger hose clamp at the hardware store

I made a mistake the circumference is 46.315" not 170.786". Your outer curves measurement would be 3.859". The 30-degree cuts are correct.

if you want to use four 2x6s and eight 2x4s. The 2x6s have to be cut at 45 degrees each. the 2x4s have to be cut at 22.5 degrees each. Make the length of each pie piece 8 inches. After gluing draw your circle and cut the circle to the size you want on a band saw. I'm done lol
