I never cared where you were born until they wanted to erase my history and blame my ancestors for their current problems. I never cared if you were well-off or poor until they said they were discriminated against, when I was promoted because I worked harder. I never cared if their beliefs were different from mine until they said my beliefs were not allowed. I never cared if I owned a gun until they told me I wouldn’t be allowed to.
