My Acrylic brush addiction????? Koffla has an interesting blog up and it made me think. The picture in this blog is of all of my Acrylic paint brushes that I have at my home studio. I have another studio across town and I have as many or more oil paint brushes. His blog made me think why do I have so many brushes....and my response would be...Ill be darn if I know...lol.....Maybe I just like to buy paint brushes....lollol.

Koffla's issues are entirely separate from this brush issue. Especially, since every room in my house has brushes and / or art supplies. Then there is the whole can of worms, if I worry about the brushes...what about the canvases. What about the $$$ in art I have collected by other artists? Don't start on the various pallet knives for painting......... Thank you both for the fun blogs,

I'm afraid my brush collection comes no where near. I just seem to wear them out with usage.

Now that's a fine collection, Smiley, don't think you are going to run out of brushes any time soon.

Countless Brushes, big and small- what a collection for living a creative life. Bright, your wonderful collections remind me of such brushes left in the study of my daughter, who now lives abroad with her family. I know these items will get lost eventually unless saved!

Nice collection of brushes you have there Smiley. Just think, you'll never have to worry about running out anytime soon, or running to the art store.. I don't paint anymore, haven't since I was in my mid-thirties. What brushes and supplies I had left went to my daughter. I do sketch on occasion still, but it's nothing to write home about.
