My daughter told me we were getting snow last evening and expected a couple of inches.... so I checked the weather channel and they showed a large snow storm headed your way. I just shook my head..... we are all ready for warm weather, and flowers, and look what we have!
We stopped halfway home, and here in mid TN, they are predicting severe thunderstorms with possible tornadoes!

My mother used to make cream puffs. Of course we had fresh cream straight from the cow to whip up and put in the puffs. I used to have a recipe around for cream puffs and the filling was a custard and strawberries were piled on top of the custard. They were really yummy. Popovers and Yorkshire pudding is also equally delicious. I have had a yen to make apple and blueberry pancakes. I still haven't got around to make them as yet. But they wouldn't be served with syrup. I have some no sugar added apricot, peach and passion fruit jam. The jam is delicious on pancakes.

We had more snow here on Monday...didn't last though, thank goodness! Still cold and damp though. I hate winter!

We had high 70s yesterday and ate lunch on the patio.

We don't get much snow here in mid Georgia but did have some in January. It was just over an inch. Not enough to build a snowman.

Warm sunny days here, one after the other with cool nights, great for sleeping or camping. Looks like it'll be like this for another month or two. Gotta love Oz

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

As of now, we have 85 F here in Phoenix.
NO snow, ET.

Mind you there's cold also in Italy this time of the year too.

Yup, it's weird. Today was so windy that it sounded like ocean waves. Some areas of MD have a number of customers without power. We've been spared this time, though a month ago we were two days without.

While our biggest snow this year was maybe 3" (we were on the south edge of all the nor'easters), we're due for rain on Saturday with a coating to an inch of snow. It will coat the camellias and daffodils and forsythia beautifully.

It stormed in TN last night, but traveling today was sunshine and WIND. Lots of water standing in our area, so I know the creek near us was flooded. But we are home. Car is still packed, but that can wait until tomorrow.
We are expecting SNOW this weekend...... what happened to Spring.... I KNOW the calendar says it's Spring!
