The wheels turning don't wake me up early, but they sure do keep me up late. It sounds like you have a pretty organized system and keep it updated. It's something we should all think about doing, for the sake of our families who will have to deal with everything someday. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

This really hit home with me. I grasp your problem and I too am struggling with sleep and its the exact same dilemma...one day on and one day off. It has become a problem for me as well.
