I cook with wine ....

I repeat, I cook with wine, and ……. sometimes ….. I even add it to the food. LOL

I saw this as a 'quote for the day' and loved it. LOL Time to lighten things up around here. Ya think?

Good morning.

Add a bit of good ole Wisconsin cheese and I guarantee it will be less painful. LOL

I must add …. this will be attainable only as long as our farmers manage to stay alive.

A NICE GLASS OF HOT RED WINE WHEN YOU CAN'T SLEEP. WORKS FINE FOR ME.

Sometimes you whine when you "Aren't" cooking too.

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Hello! I jumped in to see who was still on here and thought I'd add my two cents! My grandson stayed with me for a couple of months a few years ago, and was surprised that I put red wine in my spaghetti sauce. He went on to tell his mother that I cooked everything in wine, which I don't. However he most likely saw me lifting a glass of wine to my lips around many suppertimes.

"HOT" red wine? I can say I've never heard of that. My preference is always Chardonnay.

I saw on a cooking show one day where they were cooking pasta in red wine. I think they added some water to it as well. Apparently it gives it a nice flavor. The sauce you would want to keep fairly simple so you could taste the wine in the pasta.

Somehow that does not appeal to my palate. I'll have my wine on the side, thank you. LOL
