I SAW THAT INCIDENT ON TELEVISION LAST NIGHT. I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT MAN WAS ARRESTED BUT WHAT I SAW WAS HORRIFYING. THE VIDEO HAS BEEN SEEN ALL OVER THE WORLD BY NOW,, SO THIS IS LITTLE CHANCE OF THAT COP GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

The video brought me to tears. The officers were fired immediately. They should have been arrested immediately as well. Hopefully all those involved will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

How sad that today we find ourselves living in an imperfect world that has greatly strayed in a far different direction than the one all of us seniors were blessed by being born into over half a century ago!. Unfortunately somehow that always ongoing thing called Progress is always representative by Change whether needed or not. Its quite sad and tragic that Power Corrupts as not only our history books reflect, but also by the blatant conduct of our government officials starting at the very top. Almost all of our police departments today now require mandatory training in a state operated and fully accredited Police academy that is supposed to fully Certify and qualify them as totally fit for duty both physically and mentally before they even start day one on the job. For today being a police persons job is far harder than it ever was due to the vast always increasing complexities of society, Physical training and fitness, a full understanding of what is called The Uniform Code of Conduct, full firearms qualifications and accreditation in the study of Criminal Justice with at least with a Associates Degree earned. In addition, new cops on the job are considered rookies for their first two years on the job and must be in the presence of a veteran offficer during this probationary period of time. One would think that after all of these required guidelines have been met, the job of PROTECT AND SERVE would never yield events such as Cold Blooded in broad daylight strangulation type of murder that just took place! Accountability has to work on both sides of the fence. Thus not only does TRUTH MATTER, but also a clear understanding of the Letter of the Law in enforcing it. Power Corrupts! With it comes a false sense of entitlement. Police are supposed to interpret the law as it is most carefully written. So many that are on the job for a while, tend form their very own vastly swaying standards of self governing accountabilities. Uncalled for unjust Anger manifests from deep within. They seek justice on the spot rather than going the due process in a court of law. These cops are bad cops and should never be allowed to wear the badge. They Judge in such grave error instead of fact find, calculate and make a proper decision. Brutality by police take place every hour of every day across our America.. THE BLUE WALL OF SILENCE indeed exists almost universality throughout the entire so called civilized world! Simply without it, these acts of unnecessary flagrant abuse would hardly ever take place. TRUTH MATTERED when we all were children. Today it is lost when the aspects of Power, Control and Greed exist. Perhaps at all those across our nation Police Academies, they designated two full hours of required mandatory films of a few dozen different captured beatings of citizens starting out with the four cop beating Rodney King back in 1991. Then make each and every one of them wishing to become Law Enforcement Officers have to write at least two full pages of commentary on Right and Wrongs to be placed in their career files. Then if they violate their sacred sworn oaths, read it out loud just before the judge passes harsh sentences upon them.

I can only assume if one of the other officers stepped in and did the proper thing which would have been to have saved the guys life-----then that officer who stepped in would have violated the rule of the police force when making an arrest. Things are very screwed up. Never place oneself in front of a fellow officer??? When can another officer step in without being reprimanded? It seems to me all officers are sworn to protect life-----when someone----ANYONE---is pleading----it is time to step in regardless of circumstances.

They should set the example to show it will not happen again. They should be hung in a public place to serve notice. Lip service & I'm sorry does not get it. When cops or anyone else have to take responsibility for actions they behave in a cautious manner.

By looking at it. One can see the intent to extend the vertebrae and break his neck in order to kill him. They are trained and know how much pressure can be applied for how long before damage occurs. It is a clear hate crime performed under the guise of the law. There is a video of Dallas officers killing a guy already handcuffed who called THEM for help. Pinned lifeless to the ground knee in back with police mocking him as he died. The family finally got the body cam videos after lawsuits. Timpa family After time passed charges were dropped.

There is a law about a person must be read his Miranda rights before he speaks------------How about a law that when someone says ( I CAN"T BREATH) let up you God damned freaking idiots!!! Pinning a badge on an idiot does not make the idiot any smarter unfortunately and praying with best wishes while saying I'm sorry doesn't do a damn thing either. They should drag that SOB out of his warm bed into the street & hang the bastard as a reminder to anyone who might do the same thing again. I have seen officers place suspects in police cars-------sit them on the curb-------handcuffed????? Why a knee with all the weight on the spine? What was he going to do?????????? jump up & kill 4 armed policemen????? resisting???????------spray him with mace you stupid SOB. NO you do not have license to kill. Well I must admit I am wrong on that one. Things are really screwed up & getting worse. That is why guns and ammo sales are up. Plus bone spur & comrade Rooski could knock on our front door any day now. Division in this country must stop or we are down the tubes. Our dividing liar in chief has taken us down so far we may never recover and he is making it even worse. He promotes hate. Goebbels style. He is also in process of subverting the election by claiming write in ballots illegal in case he were to be defeated.

'America is burning' - it looks as if the African American community has been tipped over the edge by the latest death/act of police brutality, its flames dangerously fanned by the unreasonably high rates of Covid-19 infections and deaths among blacks and other minorities - so much fear and uncertainty. Perhaps the outrage will mark a turning point in US history. Â
