What a lovely bread. As I don't have cranberries on hand, I used frozen blueberries. Looking at your comments to myseek re blueberries/sugar content, I would have to agree - will use less next time. Modified recipe i.e. used w/meal flour and raw sugar. I often share my baking with my 86 yr old neighbour - he was delighted when I rang his door bell to pass on a thick slab of bread/cake - will give me his verdict tomorrow but I'm sure he'll enjoy. Thanks for the recipe ET - it's a keeper
