Computer viruses

Is this real?
Today,i received,Warnings, repeatedly to have my computer cleaned up by viruses. Viruses such as; worms,trojans,etc.I thought it was for free. But oh no!They are charging by Visa card.I found that fishy and always deny the Warning.

Have i done the right thing?
