How Fast Can The Old Girl Run A 8 K My and I talked about running the The Yuengling Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach but alas Registration was closed with a handful of them available in January for $200. It all goes to Charity. Yikes! I like give Charity to a point. Thus My agreed to Register us for the The Yuengling Shamrock 8K will be held on Saturday, March 19th 2011. I used to be able to run 10K in 41 minutes, but I haven't run in some years. A couple of decades of running hurt my feet and knees.
