Foto Friday - Dickerson ROAD  Miracles do not, in fact, break the laws of nature. C. S. Lewis So Did the ROAD to Monticello Lead to True Love. Nope! But Still.............. It was an Adventure!!!!! One always wonders about roads not taken. Warren Christopher I saw the place where Thomas Jefferson slept with Sally Hemmings. She is buried in the Parking Lot of the Hampton Inn on MAIN STREET aka Road. It was not my destiny to find Love on the Road to Monticello but in one of those coincidences where God remains anonymous - I did end on on Dickerson Road as a Care provider for a Woman in Hospice for the remainder of her EARTH WALK on the RED ROAD!. She is now in the SPIRIT WORLD akA BLUE ROAD This was an honored and noble cause which may actually be more important that the LOVE Stuff anyway. I was able to keep her comfortable and in her own home. She was able to cross over at home, warm in her bed surrounded by people who care about her. It's called doing the Creator's Work. The Family said that I can remain in the House while until Probate is over. Soon they will be painting and repairing the house and getting it ready to sell. It is time for me to move on. I was hoping to be gone by Winter. Last year's Winter on that road was Snow Hades. It didn't happen. Last Winter, I improved my Winter driving Skills. I no longer panic when the car slides. Happily, This year was a ho hum winter that is almost over. Yeah! So this Winter, I learned to run. Freyja the Mutt and I have run on Dickerson Road in the Rain, Snow and Ice. It's an unpaved road. So my Mission at Dickerson Road is finished. I have no major league connections to Charlottesville, Virgina I am at the Crossroads AGAIN!!!! Where there be Love or just another adventure or another Misson from God. Time will Tell. Abracadabra  |
