Florida and A Different Prospective of the 12th House

I love getting on the train and travelling to new adventures but I have learned that there is always a higher purpose for the journeys. I don't always understand why until I get further down the road. I made a trip to Washington DC shortly after Grumpy's Death. I stayed at the William Penn House and ran the War Memorials to honor my Father. I have since made several trips to Washington DC with a Higher Purpose.

I took the train to Baltimore, Maryland to visit Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary where Grumpy's ancestor Cardinal James Gibbons resided. I lit a candle in front of the Archangel Michael to honor Grumpy.

So, Why Florida???? My first thought was Tampa, Florida. My second great grandmother - Mary Isabelle Manning Willett is buried there. She was an incredible woman. She was widowed at a young age with several but provided for them in a era when the cards were stacked against l women with . My Second Great Grandmother was also my gateway to DAR membership which explains why there are so many strong women in my family.

My second thought was St. Augustine, Florida just because I can. It is the oldest city in the United States. It also has the oldest Catholic Basilica in the United States. There is also a Crocodile Crossing with zip lining over it. Today, I received word that my 12 Step Advisor passed away. I owe my life to this woman. My first thought was I should go zip lining to honor Anne. The other alternative is to light a candle for my Catholic 12 Step Sponsor at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. I can also honor my Catholic Second Great Grandmother by doing the same.

Now Saturn and Mercury in the 12th House connection makes sense. The 12th House deals with Addictions and Large Animal (Alligators and Crocodiles! Oh My) with 12 Step Solutions.

I have to give thanks to Anne because if it wasn't for her, I would have been eaten up by the crocodiles years ago. I get to zip line over them instead.

I admire your 'get up and go' but I do it from afar because I would never have the guts to do those things myself. Be safe, and enjoy life as you obviously already are!

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
