Crocodile Crossing or Simply Getting Spiritual

My Christmas plans to be in Atlanta with my , his wife and the grandbaby fell through so my younger and I did our usually tradition of Chinese Cuisine for Christmas. So I booked the train to Atlanta in February.

The Dali Lama advised to visit someplace that you've never been at least once a year. Last year, I went to Birmingham, Alabama. It was a quick visit which is just fine with me. I have never been to Florida so this is the plan next week. I kept debating Yea or Nay for the last month but decided to make a decision when I got to Atlanta.

St. Augustine has a zip lining adventure called "Crocodile Crossing." My mind is saying "Go For It!!!!!" My body is saying "No FiretrUCKING Way!!!!"

A few years ago, my Mecca was Baltimore, Maryland to find the Cathedral where my late hubby's cousin Cardinal James Gibbons resided. The claim is that it is America's oldest Catholic Cathedral. I found the Cathedral and lit a candle for Grumpy.

I suspect that the Cathedral in St. Augustine is far older than the one in Baltimore. St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States established by the Spanish. My plan is to light a candle for Annie. Annie stepped over to the other side earlier this year. She was my 12 Step Spiritual Advisor.

Perhaps I can go skinny dipping in Ponce De Leon's Fountain of Youth. It might help my body become inspired to go zip lining across Crocodile Crossing.

Otherwise, I am going to just find a clothing optional beach and watch all the young men play volleyball.

Long ago, we decided we would go and do what we could, while we could, then we would have our memories in later years. That is my advice to you, and to everyone else. Do what you want and can do, while you can do it. You do not know what tomorrow will bring.
So, if you want to cross those crocs, and can, then go for it! As for the beach, enjoy it.
Oh, and we all expect pictures!

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Go for it, girl. I took a month-long solo 3/4 cross-country road trip in September "while I still can." It was great.
