Greenies Versus Wal-Mart

Sunday, women from my Quaker Meeting and I met to carpool to Monroe County for A MEETING because of our members in that county has trouble travelling. Advanced aging issues. I noticed that of the women also of an advance age started her morning with b0ne broth.

After we returned back to Greenbrier County, I drove to Wal-Mart and purchased cartons of b0ne broth. What a difference. After days, arthritic, digestive, chest, shoulder, hip pains are g. So yesterday, I took another trip to Wal-Mart and purchased more along with a rotisserie chicken so that I can make it myself.

I shared this in a group and the response of a few was interesting. What are the
ingredients. Is it REAL B*ne Broth? The cost is $1,72 a carton which lasts 2 days. There is no guarantee that the rotisserie chicken is organic. The more expensive brand which is close to $8,00 a carton is a better option.

Dah! This is West Virginia. We don't have the option of beebopping over to the local Trader Joe's Grocers to pick up Yuppie B0NE Broth or search for orgANIc b0NE broth. If the less expensive remedy from Wal-Mart works, that is what I am sticking to. I am walking around pain free for the first time in a long time. Life on life's terms.

Sitting here after being in the city all day, and hurting all over, I read your blog with interest. I have been reading about ASU, a combination of avocado and soybeans and its effects on arthritic joints. I shall also look into this. I prefer anything natural to prescription drugs.

I've heard chicken cartilage is also good for arthritis.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

The Bone Broth works like a charm. This is the first time I have been pain free in along time. It also fixes the digestive system.

I make bone broth often.
Save the bones from chickens I cook and simmer in water for a couple of hours.
Cut up the bones first using garden shears.
