I have no issue with her heels

I laughed at the much to-do about nothing about her jacket...... It's my opinion that she wore it just to cause the chatter that it did, and she is laughing about it. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

My mother, who was almost 5ft, tall, wore high heels so frequently that when she was in her 60s, she had to start wearing flat shoes because she kept twisting her ankles. She started having a lot of pain in her heels, ankles and calves. She went to a specialist that told her that high heels were addictive in the sense that your body adapts to the re positioning of weight on bones, joints, muscles, and when you wear flats, you will suffer withdrawal symptoms as your body re adjusts........He gave her exercises to do and suggested she wear only slightly lower heels to begin with and gradually lower her heels..... There was a woman on this site who wore really high heels all her life, who kept breaking her ankles and legs.....seemed like she was always posting photos of her legs in various casts. She also posted photos of her shoes.....the dichotomy of mules with 5 inch heels and constant broken ankles did not dissuade her from wearing the shoes everywhere, including in the house......until one day the doctor told her she had to stop..........They are truly addicting to some women.......and it doesn't help that many men love the look it gives women as well.
