The FBI Investigation of Frat Parties Our system of justice affords a presumption of innocence to the accused, absent corroborating evidence Lives are ruined by sexual misconduct and also ruined by false accusations of sexual misconduct. Differing opinions does not equal facts. I am not in favor of a smear campaign toward someone just because I don't agree with his politics. This is exactly what appears to be happening in Washington D.C. at this time. When Senator Feinstein received the letter from Christina Ford - she could have simply handed the letter to the FBI and allow them to add it to their investigation. . What she did is allow it to be leaked to the press which created the circus which is dragging both parties though the mud. The incident in high school is bad but not an uncommon occurrence. It would be scary but the woman was not actually r*ped. Alcohol and teenagers are a combination that lead to bad judgement. It is a well known fact that frat parties are attended by a bunch of drunken fools. It's a rite of passage among the youth. Most of them grow up to become normies or teetotalers. A few of them don't grow up following a path of destruction for themselves and others. We all make mistakes and can learn from those mistakes. I am not in favor of beating someone up for the sins of their youth especially when I have quite a few of my own. It doesn't really matter if Kavanaugh was a drunk idiot with his wiener hanging out while attending Frat Parties. What is important is who is he today. How will he be as a judge. Is he going to reenact Jim Crow Laws or repeal Loving versus Virginia? Is he going to give Trump a Stay Out of Jail Card? Perhaps he will rob the Smithsonian Treasure and run off to Jamaica with Melania. Just my not so humble prospective.  Abracadabra  |

She can call herself a Psychologist because that's what she has been for several decades. Perhaps you are confusing "Psychologist" with "Psychiatrist"....... You question Dr. Blasey-Ford's credentials, yet, in your pretentious ignorance, you believe that you can psychoanalyse the Psychologist........Danny thinks the doctor's memory is flawed, or perhaps a false memory.........Where did you get your PhD in Psychology Danny, in Prison?
