GOP House Elects - They are much more than just White Men This was posted in FB to show the diversity among the Demos versus GOP House Representative elects. I started researching the newly elected member of the GOP house and found a common thread. They are VETERANS - including a Navy Seal, a Green Beret, and an Airborne Ranger. This is an indication of love of country and a willingness to serve and lay ones life on the line for our country. West Virginia has the lone woman GOP House elect. Bravo for Congress woman Carol Miller. I hope she gives those guys hell.  Abracadabra  |

I heard Pelosi saying that when she first went to Congress, there was only a few women there, but now there are many women in Congress. (She used numbers, but at the risk of being corrected for wrong numbers, I won't try remembering them) I think it is great to have a diversity in Congress, because we are a diverse country, BUT..... to tout that diversity because it is a diversity is not right ..... it's like affirmative action. A person should be elected because he or she is the best candidate from their district, not because he or she is........... a woman, a man, a black, a Hispanic, a Native American, a white, a Christian, a Muslim, an atheist, or any other of the other identifiers that people want to use to divide us. We can be diverse without being divided. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I certainly trust our military veterans in congress more than I do that Somalian Refuge who was busy slamming white people. Those white men were putting theirs lives on the line for her. I found that woman with her disrespect so annoying that I wanted to b*tchslap her. The New York Congress woman elect is a real ditz. Abracadabra

The Democrats always play the diversity card when it means that we are putting minorities in positions of power simply because they are members of a minority race. I wonder if we will one day elect people to office because of their genes. I think we might come out better if we had computers selecting our Congressional Representatives. One of the most ridiculous programs ever created is "affirmative action." Promoting people from the general populace simply because they are black, Latino or other minority is how we got Maxine Waters, Sheila Jackson-Lee, Elijah Cummings and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus. House Republicans got a shellacking … and it's not about identity politics. -When Republicans controlled the House they had a short window of time to act on Obamacare, and they FAILED. Proving that they lied about "repeal and replace" for the last 10 years. -Trump's tax bill was written to benefit the wealthiest American globalists. … and a tax break for the middle class MIGHT be coming MAYBE sometime next year. -Tariffs raise your cost of living but help finance Trump's money gab. -Trump is a liar .. a self serving liar
