Don't Tell The REPUBLICANS!!! LOL!

Sunday, our spiritual community had our monthly potluck. I was asked if I was still dating "The Republican." No, that potential faded away, some time ago. Every date does not end up being a love connection. I am currently dating a guy may actually be a democrat. I really haven't asked him.

We were leaving and were advised that there is an anti-Trump rally in Lewisburg on Monday. They were instructed NOT to tell the Republicans. I had to shake my head and laugh. I am certainly not going to betray my friends in my Spiritual Community.

So I get home and check my e- and there is a about the anti-Trump rally. Trump in striped or orange jail suit?

Here are a of suggested slogans ideas for signs:

Lock him up, worst president ever, Trump is not above the law,
jail to the chief, not my president, Dump Trump, Trump is a Fake President
Liar, Thief, Traitor Protect our country from traitorous activity

We have requested the police department have a presence so don't be surprised if there is someone in uniform or a car parked near us, we have requested that. We're not posting this on fb, we're hoping to not have a counter-rally/protest from the republican party.

Avoiding a counter-rally/protest from Republican? This is more of an occurrence on the part of the Democrats. A few years ago, Trump and the Republicans went to the Greenbrier Resort. Protestors were in front of the Greenbrier with their signs shivering in the snow. I live a few blocks from the Greenbrier but opted to stay in my warm and cozy abode. A few months before, they were driving around the Fairgrounds, honking their horns and flashing anti-Trump signs when the Republicans had a gathering at the Fairgrounds. The Republicans ignored them and went about their business.

I seriously doubt if any Republican is going to counter-protest the currently anti-Trump Rally. It will all get sorted out in 2020 elections.

I don't have to disrespect any President no matter what his political party, rather I agree or disagree with the issues, take them to Congress or the Senate and vote them in or out.

You are so right! It seems society has deteriorated so much that people no longer discuss issues, but personalities and show such disrespect in public for others.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

A person can have a different political perspective without being full of hatred or feeding the anger wolf. The point I made in this blog is the fact that the Democrats held an anti-Trump rally and they were concerned that the Republicans would counter-protest or come to the rally to heckle them. It didn't happen but frequently when the Republicans have an event, this is the kind of behavior that they experience from the Democrats.
