YaYa-Chocolate&COVID-MicroChips It has been REALLY Cold and I haven't wanted venture outside even check the mailbox, but tonight I had the Church Key to the Step meeting and the responsibility make sure the door is open. I checked the mailbox and found a thick envelope so I placed in in my bag and headed my car for the drive the meeting. When I arrived the Church, it was already open and the meeting was set up. I started opening the package and joking about getting the COVID microchip last week. The conspiracy theory is that the vaccines have microchips so that the FBI can listen our innermost thoughts and secrets. The package contained a giant bar of Hersey's Chocolate. It was a from Yaya in response my jokes when I was hospitalized about the desire for scantily clad men bearing of chocolate. The dilemma was that she mailed it where I was hospitalized and I was released the time it arrived. It was sent back her and she finally sent it my home . Gadzooks!!! The postage more that the candy bar itself. I remarked my friends in the Step Meeting, Dang! Another thing on my "NoNo" list. I am not giving it up anyway. I have so few vices as it is. One gentleman remarked, "You better be careful, the FBI just heard you. LOL When we got home, I placed the chocolate bar on my table with my fairies, the fairly light tree, candles, and dragons and a few gnomes. I had bring them inside of the cold. I figure I will leave the chocolate for them. I am sure there will be some left over for me. Thank You YaYa!!!!!    Abracadabra  |

If you don't want that chocolate bar send it to me! I am a chocoholic!!! I even have a Halloween shirt that has a pig wearing a small eye mask and holding a pumpkin. I says "Gimme Chocolate and nobody gets hurt". I wear it on Halloween

I too have been the recipient of a thoughtful gift from YaYa at just the right moment. More than the gift is the thought that says, "I thought of you and am reaching out to let you know I care." I've got a couple of plants growing in my kitchen that tell me that every day! Chocolate might just well be my biggest "sin", I have some every day. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Ya-Ya, another of my favorite people. So many good folks on this site. Used to live through all the bashes that Alfie and Anne attended and enjoyed the photos and stories they posted. Thank you for the post Star.
