My California 12 Step Advisor is turning 38 a few days later. so...........The Challenge is finding the perfect gift for them Joannie - My Sponsee is easy. She's a old California Hippy like I am. Trendy Earrings will work for her. Annie - My California Spiritual Advisor. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......... Perhaps a First Edition Big Book and for Both of Them The 12 Step Ball!!!! Ask it a question, give it a shake, and the answer appears Call Your Sponsor One Day at a Time Easy Does It You Need a Meeting First Things First You Can Recover Life On Life's Terms What Step are You On Ad Infinitum.......... I do love the internet. Find the Gift - Give the Site the Info and the Gifts are on their way.  Now I need to find a book on WebSite Building for Dummies - Joe wants one on Sports Memobillia and I want one on Astrology. At least I got an e Bay site started Yeah!!!!!! also............. I got a Text Message from Ex-Hubby. Do I want to attend his Wedding in North Carolina and be a Witness. Not only NO but NO FiretrUCKIN WAY!!!!!! Joannie my Sponsee who frequently sponsors me says, "You need to do an inventory on that guy!" We are all responsible for our own happiness and have to deal with the consequences of our choices. My relationship with Mr. Joe is too important to compromise. From Now On Old Grumpy is on his own. The Next time he has a heart attack and his young bride takes off with his firebird......... Oh Well!!!!!!!!!!! His Choice - His Consequences. I'll not be his Old Stand By so that he can play with the young things any more. Life's on Life's Terms - I found the road to Sam's Club and Beyond. Star: Friend of mine goes to a nonprofir/12-step gift-shop lots. She found a gift there, a special sweatshirt that I LUVVVV. On the front, there's a silly 'outline' of a lady's head, she's pulling string in-and-out of her ears, sooooo - under the caricature, it says . . . . . . "mental floss".

Are you and the X that good of friends? OMG that does take a lot of nerve. Sounds like he was trying to get under your skin. Stick with Joe...especially if its the Joe I think it is. I'm looking to the future and it's out of sight, only in the end shall I take flight.
