meetup in chester we are having a meet up in chester in the uk, for anyone that would like to come along, its a great way of meeting people in person, it is on the 27th of september and we are meeting by the riverside, there is a large pub there where we can have a meal or a drink and maybe even a boat ride if its a nice day, it used to be called orleans but the name has changed now, bit its the only one there, as far as i know, when i get to know the name i will post it on here, look forward to seeing you all, know set time has been arranged as yet, and for those of you know who spottheaussie is she will be there,cant wait to meet you spot, so will arrange a time nearer the date |

sigh..my bus driver said the bus would leak crossing the pond..just cant win..snifff.. Hope all have a great time..

If I can get a more affordable train ticket last time it was nearly £80 plus £35 for hotel...takes the cost to over a hundred, a lot for one night. But I will try!

AND I WILL BE THERE AND REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU ALL Katie just a couple of tips...........maybe you can share with someone I have just a single room or i would offer you a bed What about a bus I found buses to be much cheaper than trains I would love to meet you

Thanks for your help LadyInRed, accommodation isn't the problem really, just getting there! Unfortunately, it's always too late for Supersaver tickets, which are half the price, when I hear about these meets! I believe the bus takes more than ten hours, the train journey is less than half of that. But maybe there's a more direct service, I'll see what I can find, it's worth a try anyway. Seems a long time for the distance, I could travel from Edinburgh to Plymouth in the same time, Chester is only half that distance. I'd love to meet all of you, so I'm really hoping that I can sort something out.

well all been well i will be attending, not to sure if im staying over night though unfortunately for me im on a course on Fridays 11am till 1pm i may be able to change it to later in the afternoon that way i would be able to stay over.

woza, why not come on coach like katyio,isa, thanks for your post never know might get chance to meet another time hopefully, loth this is great news that you can make it so looking forward to meeting you, are you going to be staying over in chester, the place where we are meeting is called the groves its just beside the river in chester, lubby will be so pleased your coming also, and katyio has booked as well so katyio will be there
