Friday's Bouquet The Philosopher’s Walk is a pedestrian path that follows a cherry tree – lined canal in Kyoto between the the Ginkaku-ji and the Nansen-ji temples. It passes a number of other temples and shrines and takes about 30 minutes to complete the walk. This walk is a popular destination for tourists, especially during spring when the cherry trees are in bloom. Lee Live today as if it is your last For tomorrow will soon be in the past |

Hi guys, I guess everyone wants to take that walk. I did it in December 2009 and the fall colours was unbelievable and it was my very first one! Although the photo shows a deserted path, there was actually a very big crowd taking the walk even though it was quite cold. The walk took us a couple of hours to complete because we stopped at every shrine and temple to enjoy the view and take photos.
