Friday's Bouquet I was in Aulong New Village two days ago to purchase my favourite Kaya puff when I spotted this frangipani tree next to the shop house. The rain and bright sunshine of the past few weeks have caused a lot of plants to bloom. Kaya puff ? Well, kaya is coconut-egg jam so the kaya puff is coconut-egg jam pie, I think. Oh, it is a very tasty snack. I have been loving it for years. Lee Live today as if it is your last For tomorrow will soon be in the past |

Wow to the photo and TY for explaining what sort of 'puff' you were referring to LOL Thank you. "Puff" over here refers to pie so we have curry puff, chicken puff, etc. Lee Live today as if it is your last For tomorrow will soon be in the past

Hi Poet, NO lah, it is "sakura" time in Taiping. This is the season when we have bright sunshine interspersed with short spells of heavy rain and the flowers are blooming! The kaya puff is available in a lot of bakeries in Singapore but I swear none of them can compare to that of Taiping! You have a nice weekend too.
