I like eating crispy, fried salted fish with rice and sambal; what fish are they Lee?

Plenty of fish there, Lee. What are they?

Very cool. At first I thought it was a new style roof. Then I read the info. I'll bet you can smell this before you see it!

Interesting picture, Lee. I like the way they hang the salt fish for drying.

Hi lilium,

I do not know what fish they are and it is rare to find an Australian who loves sambal. Yes, with fried fish, sambal is a must.

Thank you, mrsjoe,

The other thing unusual was these fish were lying there beside the road but there were no cats around.
