This is my favourite won ton noodles in Singapore because it is the most similar to the noodles in my hometown. The noodles are boiled in water then tossed in a mixture of soya sauce. The red coloured meat is "char siew" - barbecued pork . The won ton is minced pork meat wrapped with a thin piece of dough and is served inside the soup. Some shops use shrimp meat for their won tons. Won ton noodles are usually eaten with pickled green chilies. Live today as if it is your last For tomorrow will soon be in the past

I have had no first hand experience with Oriental foods, like some of the folks have, but that does look good. We have some Chinese restaurants in our area, and one, the International Buffet, has a large variety of foods and I enjoy eating there. Of course, I don't know how authentic it is. In Knoxville, Tennessee, we like to eat at Phillip Lim's place, the Asia Café. I'm sure his stuff is pretty authentic and I don't try too many of the odd sounding foods. Have a couple favorites that I already know I will like. I think the atmosphere you show of the food places is as interesting as the actual food. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
