A recipe

This is for comfort food. When I have to face something, rather huge, I tend to make this for myself the night before.

It is a simple dish, and I have no name for it.
the ingredients are:

2 packages Ramen noodles
2 fresh eggs.
1/2 cup shredded cheese(any kind you want. I prefer Queso)
1 heaping tablespoon of minced garlic.
1/3 cup of Mojo sauce.(this is a latin marinade, and you can usually find it in the condiment aisle. It is made from garlic, herbs and citrus juice.)
1/4 cup soy sauce(low salt variety is best)
2 cups water

Combine water, Mojo sauce, garlic, and soy sauce and bring to boil.
When fully boiling add two bricks of Ramen noodles, and two eggs. (Do not include the seasonings that are included in the package as they contain high concentration of MSG which in not good for you.)
Bring back to boil, stirring occasionally.
Takes no more than a couple of minutes for noodles to be a right consistency.
pour out through strainer, or sieve to remove water.
Plate it, and add shredded cheese.

This is just the basic recipe. And you can add just about anything you want to the mix. Last evening I included diced pieces of left over pork chop, and slivers of sweet red onion.

Have fun

But David...I don't eat onions...nor mushrooms.....smile.

I'm looking to the future and it's out of sight,
only in the end shall I take flight.
