Evil or Nuts.. Take your choice. Now that Trump has got a chance with HIS Supreme Court.. He's going to try a overturn Three District Court Decisions. That prevented the overturning of Obama's DACA program.. Now you got a choice is Trump Nuts or is he Evil. He's nuts, like with citizenship birth, thinking he can get way with it..And actually deport DACA's.. I doubt that seriously.. when he's got to deport 10.3 million others. That aren't REGISTERED DACA's But he is evil, because without that intention to do so... he still feels... it's leverage to get his WALL, (whatever happened to Mexico paying for it?) and LEGAL immigration reform passed. If the Supreme Court decides to overturn the DACA program, and allows deportation of REGISTERED ILLEGALS They will have made a judiciary decision based on a political motivation..We will have lost our third branch of government to the White house. |

It's the Constitution.. what country do you live in.. You say want a strict Constitutionalist like Scalia.. but you're just lying, that's not what you want. You say you want voter to decide, but your lying, you only want certain voters to decide. The Supreme Court is anti-voter and anti-legistlative branch.. that's their JOB.. To determine if the Constitution overrules the Legislature and voters.. I still still say Judge Scalia, made the best statement ever about a Supreme court judge..If you want us to change our ruling.. CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION.. You want the voter and legislature to overrule the Supreme court.. Then Change The Constitution. ...Good luck with that. That bar is too high for you to climb over..

DACA right now is about "promises made promises kept". The United States Of America made a deal with DACA recipients ... and as long as DACA recipients keep their part of the deal we need to keep ours. Simple as that. It's about honesty, integrity, doing what you say you're going to do. My words to describe Trump ... ass hole

Maisie you seem to know a lot about elementary school civics when it suits you. The President represents us and is fully authorized to write an EO and I think you know it … but check it out. Oh wait, no need to check it out .. the promise was made and DACA is functioning. Tell your BS story to the DACA recipients who are complying with DACA rules, serving in the US Military, getting a college a education, paying taxes, working, doing jobs that Trump voters aren't qualified to do ..
