What do you do with your time locked up?

Every morning I do the same thing..
First fix a pot of coffee., Open a bag of donuts..and a pack of cigarette. and get on the computer.
I do the news, emails, facebook, here, you tube, instagram, and others.sites
I then get a bag of Chetos a couple of snicker bars and a Barqs..

I make the rounds again to see who responded to me.
At 5pm.. I eat dinner and watch TV..

Two things I have notice about myself..

I have gotten so fat.. Social distancing is now an impossibility

And My dick has turned orange. .

Tea and toast first thing
Computer for a while
Read my book
Coffee time
Go out for a walk
Housework and plenty of it
Text messages or phone calls to family and friends
More coffee and cake
Some days gardening and online shopping
Lunch time.
Computer again W
When the weather is good sit out in the garden
Dinner time
Watch the evening news
More tea and cake
Catch up on soaps and some Netflix
Computer for a short while
Another cuppa before bed time and a snack
Read for as long as I can before lights out.

I know I'm going to have to social distance myself from the fridge and cake tin , that's for sure .

I walk/hike for about an hour every day.....I do lots of art-work. I'm working on a large collage that is made from National Geographic photos treated with a technique using orange-oil, which partially dissolves the ink and re-arranges it in interesting patterns.(only NG ink has this quality) I do some gardening/yard maintenance, relax in the sun and listen to the birds and bees.........I'm selling my art-work on line ...... visit with my family at 2 meter distance.......they bring their own lawn-chairs and snacks.....I cook....I've got chicken soup on the stove right now......read, write, hang out on the computer.......

I had a diversion watching.....The Voice .. on TV.. and re-watching my favorites on You Tube.. i kinda got hooked
But that's over now..
I'm boring too..
Listening to the same old crap..
So i tried a little poetry to change things up.. that didn't work too good,
A so now this is working better...maybe everybody will starting rowing.. once they realize we are all in the same boat.

The list is actually quite long... I'm busy

Shower, breakfast.
Weather permitting I drive 40 miles to a man cave where I mow, trim trees, repair everything or mess around on the tractor & rearrange the earth. Life is great.
40 miles back to the main place.
Shower, food, mess around on the computer.
With two places.By the time I get one thing finished or repaired something else breaks or another project happens.
I have a major problem. I've bought adjoining property and torn down 3 old houses & I always want to change the way everything over the fence looks. LOL
It is part of being a control freak-----If I don't like it I tear it down so I can walk out there and say -----Hey This is mine-----I did it----& I did it exactly the way I want to do it. LOL
The problem is I can't take it with me!!!
But then the neighbors junky place could be made to look good combined with what I already have. Tear it down smooth it out---- return it to nature and the animals.
And I'm not dead yet!
Party On!

Good Morning Cricket. Well I'm up early today and looking forward to watching the Space X launch this afternoon. As for what has kept me occupied I too spent a lot of time on Youtube ...listening to a lot of music, highlight clips of America's Got Talent, lots of Chiefs and Mahomes highlights and watched a number of games I had recorded. Spent a lot of time with a new phone and I'm a wood worker so I've been busy building things. One of my bigger projects every year is a complete reorganization of my world of paper and documents. I usually tackle this in January but this year I didn't follow up well so now I'm working on that. Quite a bit of exercise especially since the weather has improved. Found a number of things on Netflix that occupied my evenings as well. I'm watching Grant on the History Channel now and learning a lot.

.I'm envious.. I have a work room.. Two actually, one for construction and one for paper work. I use to do the computer stuff in my office room. but bought a new one and put it near the kitchen...the construction room.. I forgot that. haven't opened that door in months. The office room.. It's rare to go in there.. I keep a basket for papers next my computer..When the basket gets full. i go in the office and try to put the papers away. Sound like a good system.. But i can seem to organize it right.. ther are paper all over the place. i keep thinking I may need them. Yeah right..then I thinks some of this stuff I haven't seen in ten years. I stop putting the paper away , get out of the room.and think one of these days i need to throw all that shit away, but I only keeping adding to the disarray. I avoid those room like the virus.. all my time , is spent at my computer table next to my kitchen (food and stuff is close by).. of course, my mind wanders but my body never moves.

You made me think of a poem i wrote...

Fields

I love my field of grass and dandelion
As I sit in the middle, looking up at the sky
A tear appears and I find myself cry'in
It seemed silly, so I asked myself why?

A man came along and wanted to plow
To grow crops, for there were people to feed
He wants my field and wants it now
How selfish of me not to feed the need

Another man came and wanted to build
For everybody needs a place to live
And didn't I know what God has willed
How selfish of me, not to want to give

Another man came and wanted to drill
For everybody, it seems, needs the fuel
so little my need , with so much to fulfill
Not selling to him, would just be cruel

So, I sat in my field and started crying
About this answer to my unselfishness
The love of my field will soon be dying
And lost with it, this moment of bliss

No it's not my usual ....but could be as the unusual..

I don't eat Cheetos or drink Root beer very often.. Usually it's kettle potato chips and diet coke..

Most mornings.. I don't eat anything. My actual bad eating habits are at night watching TV..... then i go to bed full, wake up full, and don't eat in the morning.

You don't have to tell me how bad that is for me.. I already know it. I keep thinking about when I get the first warning signs....Would it be better to just croke me off, or survive and live with my mistakes.

Now, you think Trump supporters are NUTS?... I am no different. but the difference between me and most Trump supporters.. Is I know I am.
