Definitely - that is what I do with mine. Laughing feels better than crying and manic feels better than depression.

That it does. When I was 19 and dealing with the reality of life with ADD I made a conscious decision I could drive myself crazy trying to be "normal" and live up to societal expectations or just be me and learn to laugh at myself. I may be driving others crazy I'm still giggling.
