 Hi Spirit: Very profound, but not easy to do. There was a young woman on CNN today who had been paralyzed after being shot, and her message was so similar. It was about her making a choice to have a happy life in spite of everything. She even went to the prison to visit the man who shot her and tell him she forgives him.

Brings out another important point. To move on we need to forgive and let go - that is even harder.
