New Years Day, our Teresa has breast cancer.

I'm not here very often...I love to read you blogs, make a comment, laugh with you and cry with you.

New Years Eve we spent a quiet evening together, we talked to my family and actually had an early night.

This morning Rob started calling England, he has three girls there and four grandchildren,,all dear to our hearts. Liza , the youngest broke down and told us her big sister, Teresa has breast cancer and goes in hospital monday. She's only 42 with lovely twins and dear husband. After initial shock Rob called her back and we all talked, she didn't want to worry us. I don't think that husband of mine realizes what a wonderful family he has. Tanya the middle is the glue holding them all together.

Right now we can only wait, all pray in our own way and cry..life is not fair...but then we see that every day.

So please think of us on Monday.....send a blessing. a prayer. It all helps.

Will be sending Rob back as soon as we can...his will need him.

Will try to keep an update,,,,

Bless....Erna

So sorry to hear ... sending positive vibes your way.

Hi Witchy: So sorry about Teresa. So many women, and men too, are getting breast cancer these days. Surgery will determine what 'stage' she is in and that will decide her prognosis, and what treatments will be offered. I went through the whole experience myself a year ago, and wrote a couple of blogs about my radiation treatments if you are interested to see what they will be like for Teresa. Hope the surgery goes well. Please keep us updated.

Ema what a sad start to 2010 ~ however rest assured she is in the best country in the world to receive care and treatment she also has access to the best possible support for herself and the family both pre and post op should that become necessary

heres to her speedy recovery and a brighter new year for the family
