Cheesecake from scratch Baking is a world that I am anxious to venture. I've conquered the "slice n' bake" cookies and the box type cake mixes. It's time for me to step out of the baking "minor leagues" and actually bake something from scratch. My choice is cheesecake from scratch. |

If you're looking to make a great wonderful NY Deli style cheesecake from scratch, go to this link Foto Friday Recipes New York Style Cheesecake and give it a whirl. i have 101 cheesecake recipes.... long ago conquered this realm... it is really subjective as to which one u prefer... kind of like a mate i suppose. Now I'm sure baking is overrated and fattening!
