~~~~ Is there any hope here??~~~~
Ok, I recently posted a blog asking for information about what to look for in a camera. Said I was a photographer wannabe....wellllllll
Yesterday I went with a friend to a park we have here to look at the ponds... it was beautiful.... sunny with a bit of cool breeze but still nice.... we were having an enjoyable time just chatting when all of a sudden we see a BEAUTIFUL bald eagle soaring almost right in front of us.... I panicked.... dang...still haven't put the binoculars in the car... I am frantically looking for my phone to take a pic.... found my phone but couldn't get the camera turned on.... sigh....finally got camera turned on... had phone backwards.... took a selfie (of my bottom lip I think) by accident.... by the time I finally got straightened out the eagle was high above by then.... so I am posting a photo.... see that little teeny tiny black speck in the sky?? That would be the eagle.... LOL
If I can't run a cell phone camera... I don't know that there is hope for me
You're doing just fine!
Unfortunately, cell phone cameras don't have telephoto lens capabilities....at least not that I'm aware of.
When you get your new camera...check out it's telephoto capabilities or buy a compatible telephoto lens.
Hiya Rocket... I know.. I was looking for a zoom button or something...lol I know that I am definitely going to need a telephoto lens because I want to be able photograph fine details in flowers etc...
Of course there's hope for you. You'll buy a camera and with experimenting, you'll become proficient at using it. Hang in there, Pink.
thanks shuel.... I took a few pics today at the pond and it went quite a bit smoother than the eagle event.... And I put the binoculars in my purse when I got home so there won't be anymore forgetting them... at least that is the plan...
Keep it in your holster and practice the quick draw and shoot.
Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.
LOL hermit.... I will give it a try! It is going to be a big deal when I can announce that I have bought another digital camera....
