MARRIED

With the free weekend I have been looking at profiles just for the fun of it, never realized how many married men are looking for something extra----LOL

Or are the fellows putting married till they feel comfortable with the site? Goodness I may never figure out the male species just as the male may never figure out the females---- goes both ways. But what fun trying.

Maybe should set up a site for married people only---- think that would make me some extra money----LOL Yes I know there is some already in excistants--just a thought.

It seems that many single folks get "married" put on their profiles by the site. I was shown as married for a long while. I couldn't get it changed, certainly didn't put it there and haven't been married for about 100 years

deb, I will be here as long as I can as a married man. Honeybunz whom I met and married from this site would not trade anything for the friends we have here.

If this bothers you then get over it or leave it,,,the world is a big place.

Sometimes the site does get things wrong as buddie stated. They pnce had me listed as a separate Hindu rather than a widowed Other. However, I have to say that from personal experience I met far more married men looking for extras than singles looking for a real relationship on both of the dating sites I tried. I have not decided what this means. Perhaps it just reflects how aging relationships work or perhaps it is something that has always been there but is now more out in the open.

I have no difficulty with anyone looking for anything as long as they are honest from the start. That way others can take it or leave it.

Now I have met several married and honest men here just looking for friends with no romantic or sexual intentions and that is way cool. Marital status does not preclude good old fashioned friendship.

I don't think Deb is referring to married folks who, right in their profile indicate (like 1ga) that they are happily married and just looking for friends,or wanting to socialize with old friends, etc.

Rocketship is right about what she said----I like the idea of the ones that met and married on here staying for the friendship.

It was all the new profiles that just came on and everyone was married that I looked at---maybe it is something in the SFF system that makes them show as such.

I know this is also a friend site--- don't get me wrong I love the married couples.

I would have to have someone, not married, not in a relationship or attached with someone who is just a friend My mate would have to be totally free and single, maybe a bit of baggage as we all have, but no attachments to anyone in a romantic or lustful way. Thats not much to ask for.
