Right after Trump was elected I remember how gracious and kind President Obama was to him. Surely even a heartless bully like Trump would know that President Obama was aware of all Trump's lies and insults, yet he was still supportive and helpful to Trump. Almost immediately after taking office Trump started putting down President Obama again. Trump seems to hate Obama, and there's no other plausible reason other than President Obama's skin colour.

all the charts read the same. With different criteria figures.

In 2007 to 2009 There was fall in the real GNP Growth of 5%

Real GNP is an adjust ed GNP for inflation, etc. For the most part the real GNP if pretty constant throughout the years.. It appears that only a major financial crisis effects this rate. The real GNP is usually between 3.5 and 4.5 %
In 2007- 2008 The Bush administration took the real GNP down from 4.5 to -.92

Obama may have mortgage our future, but his stimulus worked and in 2010 the real GNP growth went back to 4.5% over a 5% increase in one year. Since 2010, there has not been a financial crisis and the GNP Growth has been flat again, hovering between 3.5 and 4.5 % growth of GNP. In July 2017, the semi annual GNP real growth rate is 3.92 %. A slight rise from 2016.

Forgetting the hyperbole.. we need to talk turkey.....Trump will be successful if he maintains the real GNP growth rate between the 3.5 and 4.5 %... any thing above would be more than successful. Currently Trump is on the the right trend, but like you said the proofs in the pudding once its' cooked, and not in the preparation. We have to wait and see, it takes time.....
Now forgetting the hyperbole of Trump.
Because Trump never seems to be on the hook for his hyperbole. I'd be satisfied with the status quo..if he can maintain it...... but what happens if he can't?
What excuses then?

Oh My.........Well it was just a miracle then!

No one got taxed..... it was deficit spending... you idiot.

government spending without additional taxation, helps the economy
I'm not saying that's a good thing for the country , I'm saying it's a good thing for the economy.

Now compared to trickle down economics, government deficit spending, is a heck of a lot more than a trickle.... that is .....unless like you, someone else has the mind of a piss ant.

Although marginally what the deficit is spent on, matters. it helps the economy no matter what it's spent on..
IT 's a BIG problem for Trump and the Republicans, reducing government spending hurts the economy. that's why they talk about, shifting spending and not reducing it. Obama's deficit spending cured the intial problem, but created a more long lasting one. Republican's may not want to live with it, but they can't live without it.

The government is just like a person who over extends himself. he does it, because he hopes, he'll have more money in the future.
Same goes for the government, they don't want to reduce their debt. they want more money to pay the debt.
Democrats want more taxation to pay the debt.
Republicans, know that more taxation means they'll pay the debt directly. They don't want to pay the debt. they want YOU to pay the debt.
You see it's apple and oranges. The people who pay taxes are the apples of our eye,
The rest are just oranges.... Now a reasonable person would understand that those who pay taxes, the apples, are the only ones who can pay, and are going to have to pay regardless of what happens.
But not to Republicans...They want to peel the oranges and squeeze out all the juice first.

Read what I wrote..YOU idiot...... Mortgage our future?
It okay that you disagree with what he did. I'm not agreeing with it either..

What he did was good for the economy, for some that is reason enough, for others regarding Obama, there is NEVER enough reason.

If Obama didn't do it ..who did?

It must have been a miracle!

so you say it didn't happen.....all the evidence is to the contrary. It did happen...so if you don't have a reason for it happening, other than the stimuls

It must be a miracle.

"The stimulus ultimately failed to bring about a strong, sustainable recovery."

to a point I agree.. How does that mean the stimulus didn't work.... Eight years of recovery not enough? and normal GNP, not enough? It's not about if it happened..... it's about the degrees to which it happened.
