Getting lost into the clouds! My mind in company with clouds Floats away to far-flung horizon Towards infinite void Along with the music of falling rains of Shraban Rim-jhim, Rim-jhim, Rim-jhim. "মন মোর মেঘের সঙ্গী, উড়ে চলে দিগ্দিগন্তের পানে নিঃসীম শূন্যে শ্রাবণবর্ষণসঙ্গীতে রিমিঝিম রিমিঝিম রিমিঝিম॥ ." Here in this valley time becomes obsolete and words redundant! Sajek Valley is our true abode in the clouds that looks like an imaginary haven! Here, a visitor can touch the clouds floating around him! This wonderful valley is located in the hilly religion of south-eastern part of my homeland, Bangladesh. |

Lovely photos. I lived in Dhaka for several years back in the 80s and briefly in the 70s , I was wondering which area of the city you're in. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. I am delighted to learn that you lived in Dhaka for several years in the 70s and in the 80s. During most of the years in the 80s, I lived in Dhaka cantonment and then shifted to our own house built by me In Dhanmondi / Green Road area of the city. I am still living there. May I ask you what made you to live in Dhaka during the years that you have mentioned at above? Hope to receive a favorable response from you. Meantime take care and be safe always,

Beautiful pictures! I would like to "touch the clouds"... must be exciting! Thanks for sharing, Looklook. Stay well. Like you, I feel like touching the clouds around me whenever occasion presents itself while visiting this particular valley alone or with friends and relatives even though I know that one can never really touch clouds but can only go through it feeling its floating presence around one! Always Take Care and be safe, Glumo.
